In the aftermath of a successful Congress, I'd like to thank all the Berwick Club members who contributed to its success.

Christine was mainly in the lead, arranging the venue, catering, a replacement pair within five minutes, and co-ordinating everyone else.

Trish, Kate, Margaret, probably amongst others, did an excellent soup at the start while Jane and John looked at the finances and welcoming arrivals.

Reg and Louis transported lots of tables while Terry dealt three sets of boards, brought by Ros. Gary did the formal welcome and presented the prizes.

Julia did a stirling job directing as well as moving a lot of boards during the teams.

Thanks to everyone and apologies for anyone I've missed.
