Congratulations to Sarah Davidson and Peter Calder who have finished in second place in the East District Simultaneous Pairs with +79.33 Butler IMPs, eleven imps behind first place. They comfortably won the East-West direction at the club and their score improved across the district.

Despite having the best score at the club, Penny Davidson and Colin Edney fell a little across the district but still finished in an excellent sixth place in the final rankings. 

With 115 pairs playing district-wide, the top 38 pairs will receive master points, including Brian and George, Christine and Ian, Jean and Reg, and Christopher and Marion. All points will be directly credited to MEMPAD.
