It is really encouraging to see the club fill the hall as happened on Thursday with fourteen tables for the Calder Martin, but unfortunately it also creates a problem as this is the maximum capacity and we would need to turn players away if more than 28 pairs arrive.

The way to avoid this fate is to arrive by 7.05pm. This will also give the director the best chance of starting on time and not having to put out tables at the last minute.
