It is with deep sorrow that we give you the sad news that Christopher Smith died last night.

Being president during two years of lockdown, Christopher was instrumental, along with Paul, in holding the bridge club together. Those who knew Christopher will fondly remember his warm personality, particularly his delightful sense of humour and his signature bow-ties, which were a charming fixture at our Christmas parties.
