The AGM of the Club will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, 30 May 2023, at the Parish Centre in Berwick-upon-Tweed. I am attempting a hybrid AGM and you should join the AGM online on Google Meet. There will be details about a practice Google Meet session later this week.
The agenda and a copy of the minutes from the last AGM are attached. A summary of the accounts, which is currently being audited, will be sent later this week. In order to save paper, we will not be providing printouts of these documents at the AGM.
Any member wishing to propose a motion for discussion at the AGM should notify Paul ([email protected]) by Tuesday, 23 May.
