This notice is to formally invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Berwick-upon-Tweed Bridge Club. The AGM will be held on Tuesday, 28 May 2024 at 7pm at the Parish Centre. You can also join the AGM online using the Google Meet by contacting the Secretary (or checking email).

Nomination and Motion Procedures:

• Members who wish to nominate themselves or another member for a Committee position should submit a completed nomination form by Tuesday, 21 May at 7:00pm. Nomination forms can be accessed at https://forms.gle/QhK9YpG5CqXjRXhAA.
• Members who wish to propose a motion for consideration at the AGM should submit the motion by email to the Secretary by Tuesday, 21 May at 7:00pm. The motion should be clearly worded.

Attendance:

We encourage all members to attend the AGM. This is your opportunity to learn about the club's activities over the past year, participate in discussions about the future of the club, and vote on important matters.

Apologies:

If you are unable to attend the AGM, please submit your apologies to the Secretary.

The AGM papers, including the minutes from the previous AGM and the audited accounts are included with this notification.
