The Constitution subcommittee, namely Paul, John, and Christopher, has updated the draft of a new constitution for the club. It can been seen on the constitution webpage and is available in PDF.
The subcommittee has sought to provide a modern constitution that is consistent with how the club is actually run today. An important addition from the existing constitution is the Disciplinary Procedures, although we all hope that these are never required.
The biggest constitution change is probably the requirement to have twelve ordinary, non-Committee, members for a quorum at any General Meeting of the club.
The subcommittee welcomes any and all feedback on this draft.
