The thirty-ninth annual Congress to be held on Sunday, 24 April 2022 on Bridge Base Online (BBO).

The Congress will be a two session event. The afternoon session, starting at 1pm, will be an Open Pairs Championship, 12 two-board rounds with barometer scoring (Howell movement or Swiss assignments, depending on numbers).

The evening session, starting at 5pm, will be a Swiss Teams event with five five-board matches, scored by imps and converted to victory points using the BBO VP20 scale.

Each event will cost BB$4 per person and you must register on BBO in the two hours before the event. The events are run by SBU_E_BER.

Club and other SBU members do not have to pre-register. Just turn up on the day, register on BBO and play.

The Congress is open to all members of other home unions (EBU/WBU/NIBU/CBAI) and is particularly suitable for intermediate players. However you have to pre-register so that we have your BBO username and membership number. Pre-registration does not commit you to playing, but it is necessary otherwise you will not be able to register for the tournaments.
