The agenda and a copy of the minutes from the last AGM are below. Also included are the minutes of last year's Special General Meeting and briefing papers on two topics that the Committee feels should be discussed: league team selection policy; and moving to a cashless club.
A summary of the accounts and treasurer's report are now available.
Any member wishing to propose a motion for discussion at the AGM should notify Paul by Tuesday, 18 May.
If you wish to stand as an Officer and/or Committee member, then you may submit your nomination now, with the proposer and seconder, to Paul. Nominations for Officers and Committee members will close at midnight on Tuesday, 18 May. If you wish to nominate someone, please ensure that they are happy to be nominated.
