The AGM of the Club will be held on Tuesday 28 May in the Parish Room starting at 7.15pm: the agenda and a copy of the minutes from the last AGM are available. A summary of the accounts, after they have been audited, will be added prior to the AGM.
Any member wishing to propose a motion for discussion at the AGM should notify Trish Frew by Tuesday 21 May.
A reminder that nominations for the posts of Officers or Committee members must be signed by the nominee, proposer, and seconder and sent to Trish or recorded on the noticeboard form. Nominations close at midnight on Tuesday 21 May.
Please note that the AGM is on Tuesday this year, unlike the past few years.
